**Key Responsibilities:**
• Quoting and providing accurate product information to customers.
• Entering sample requests and product art layout requests, and sending completed mock-ups back to customers.
• Checking on order status and communicating with sales teams to resolve any issues.
• Answering product and service questions, and suggesting products and services that meet customer specifications.
• Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Educating customers on website tools and resources, and providing them with current promotions, new product information, and specials.
• Collaborating with sales teams to accomplish goals and objectives.
**Requirements:**
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year or more experience in customer service.
• Strong active listening skills, conflict resolution skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to use proper grammar.
• Customer-centric approach, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
