About the Role
HITACHI ENERGY MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs, sales training, and sales process improvements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, challenges, and pain points to develop targeted sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Extensive experience in the software industry, with a strong understanding of digital sales and marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven sales strategies.
