**Job Summary**:

Nissan is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Commercial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing our fleet strategic plan in each assigned market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Align and follow up of the importers Fleet Annual Plan, in terms of volume and tactic actions

• Define, in agreement with the importer, the required NIBU Fleet structure to carry out fleet activities in each market

• Identify best practices and share it to the importers

• Seek for opportunities, needs & requirements in every contact with customers and follow up for the development of that opportunity in each market

• Government tenders follow up and forecast

• Identify product/models/versions opportunities in each market

• Research for TELEMATICS offer in each market

• Weekly sales report and forecast

• Weekly Allocation/logistic report and follow up with EXPORTS team

• Monthly & Quarterly region report, in term of volume and actions

• Business cases (eDecisions) creation, analysis & follow up; include (if possible) AS equation in those BC to enrich the analysis

**Relations with other areas**:

• **Finance**: require feedback of Business cases profitability

• **Sales Country Manager**: align actions according to the volume objectives and the defined business strategy, generated to complement the importer's proposal

• **AfterSales Country Manager**: align actions in terms of fleet services, accessories, workshops certifications, etc.

• **Functional areas**: constant communication with the different areas, as well as the joint definition of the strategy to follow to comply with the business plan

• **Sales operation**: review of industry information by country to understand market behavior and achieve a more accurate forecast in fleet volume

**Requirements**:

• High capacity for data analysis and abstraction

• Ability to generate relevant conclusions with the available information that support the decision-making process

• Ability to speak fluently in forums, executive committees, and with Direct managers of strategic customers

• High Negotiation and cross-functional work

• Management focused on results

• Good communication skills & fully committed to work

• Multicultural think & respond to global workplace issues, encourages open-mindedness considering the wide variety of cultures that need to deal with

• Adaptability _able to pivot and adapt to new situations to keep on right direction

**Education and Experience**:

• Bachelor ́s Degree: Administration, Industrial Engineering

• English - Advanced

• Office (mandatory): Excel (advanced and testable), Power Point (advanced and testable), Word (intermediate), Access (intermediate)

• Have Passport

• Previous Work Experience

• +3 years of cross functional experience within sales, finance, marketing or product
