Job Description

Job Title: Transformation Manager - Commercial Excellence

Job Summary:

Diageo is a leading consumer goods company with a strong presence in the global market. We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Manager - Commercial Excellence to join our team in Mexico City. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, coordinating, and implementing processes, methodologies, and routines to ensure brilliant execution of our marketing campaigns at the point of sale (POS) in an efficient and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy, developing and implementing a detailed process that improves visibility at POS and return on investment for every marketing campaign.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication and activities tracking to ensure brilliant execution on time (OTIF).
  • Optimize and simplify processes, reducing complexity and improving overall end-to-end performance.
  • Develop processes and methodologies for efficient marketing campaign execution, aligning commercial and brand objectives.
  • Supervise the complete marketing campaign cycle, from ideation to implementation OTIF.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, supply, and operations, to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track the impact of our marketing campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Establish solid relationships with key suppliers and external partners to support business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing and commercial strategy with a consistent track record of leading and implementing successful projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in leading end-to-end processes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.) and data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI), and advanced Excel skills.
