About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at HRPV Human Resources Puerto Vallarta. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our attorneys' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our attorneys, including scheduling appointments, drafting and filing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information via phone, email, and chat.
  • Documentation: Draft, proofread, and file or send legal documents as required.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with customers, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English (at least C1 level - Advanced English).
  • Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 6 months or more experience in similar positions.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong administrative assistance and executive administrative assistance skills, excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, proficient clerical skills, including data entry and documentation, outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: Base salary ranging from 13,000.00 to 15,000.00 pesos monthly, plus bonuses (depending on your English proficiency and skills).
  • Benefits: Full legal benefits, excellent growth opportunities, referral program with a 5,000.00 pesos bonus.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a fixed 8-hour shift (no campaign work).
