Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD VALUE DELIVERABLES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing and fulfilling their diverse needs and requirements.
- Anticipate potential risks associated with accounts and propose solutions to account leaders.
- Take an active part in company projects related to digital transformation and support developer accounts to enhance customer satisfaction.
- FOLLOW UP ON CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUESTS
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering, Management, Marketing, Commercial, or Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- 2-4 years of experience in consumer goods, consulting, retail, or related companies.
- Ability to prepare presentations and understand macroeconomic scenarios.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint).
