Senior Business Development Manager

Job Description
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of commercial strategies for accounts, as well as maintaining up-to-date product information across various channels. The role also involves developing and/or reviewing BAU communication materials.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop proposals to present to senior management
- Analyze and review financial data to inform business decisions and drive profitability
- Manage and execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective results
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in all areas of the role
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Experience working with CRM software and other business tools
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
