Elemento-Rh, a leading global logistics company, seeks an experienced Global Logistics Pricing Expert to join their team in Guadalajara (Zapopan).

This position is responsible for preparing and strategically managing global RFQ pricing in the México region, supporting pricing and bidding strategies from other areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and execute RFQ documentation, including contract proposals and requirements, while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage customer requests across varied bidding platforms for over 900 quotes monthly, driving business growth and increasing market share.
  • Improve closing ratio for trucking services while meeting deadlines and completing comprehensive customer follow-up, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with sales, account management, and operations members at various levels to engage in the RFQ process, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Quote on overland (domestic and international) via bidding platforms as needed, leveraging expertise and strategic insights to secure contracts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field, with a strong foundation in analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Pricing Analysis or a related field, mainly Overland suppliers, with a proven track record of success.
  • Preferred experience with international commerce, pricing, and transportation industry, with knowledge of market trends and regulations.
  • Comfortability with bidding platforms, data analysis tools, and software applications used in the logistics industry.
