At PHOSPHEA, a subsidiary of Groupe Roullier, we are seeking a talented Commercial Development Specialist to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico.

Your role:

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for further developing our business activity in the animal feed market in several key markets, including Belize, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, and Panama.

Your main tasks:

  1. Collect and analyze market information regarding competition, potential clients, and regulatory monitoring.
  2. Prospect and develop the client portfolio in the animal feed sector, focusing on integrators, feed millers, and premix makers.
  3. Buid customer loyalty by establishing a privileged relationship with customers through regular commercial tours, allocating 50% of your time to customer visits.
  4. Draft and negotiate commercial contracts to optimize results, including prices, margins, volumes, and market share.
  5. Ensure the follow-up of commercial contracts, monitor customer satisfaction and needs, and facilitate the correct processing of client orders, logistics, and payments.
  6. Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for your area and provide technical advice and personalized support to customers.

Your profile:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a degree in International Business or Agriculture/Animal Nutrition. You must have a strong background in sales, preferably in commodities or agri/agro products, and excellent negotiating and communication skills. You will also need to be fluent in spoken and written English, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
