Key Responsibilities:
Employee Management:
- Manage staff attendance and leave records
- Oversee the maintenance of personal and employee files
- Ensure compliance with administrative records and commitment letters
Administrative Support:
- Coordinate the entry and exit of staff
- Handle staff situations and concerns in a professional manner
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
Operational Support:
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning and cafeteria supplies
Benefits and Compensation:
- Eligible for bonus incentives, including attendance, retention, productivity, and punctuality bonuses
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
- Includes observance of public holidays
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (desired)
