Regional Customer Success Specialist for LATAM

The Hotels Network, an award-winning technology company, is seeking a seasoned Regional Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Mexico. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring exceptional client experiences and driving growth across the LATAM region.

About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on our continued rapid growth. As a Regional Customer Success Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Account Management: Set up, onboard, and nurture relationships with current clients to ensure outstanding service from prospect to experienced clients.
- Collaboration with Sales Managers to provide seamless coordination and accurate service delivery.
- Analyzing hotel results and data tracking to inform strategic decisions and improve direct bookings.
- Receiving and processing client feedback to enhance product development.
- Agile collaboration with technical teams to improve shared knowledge and facilitate efficiencies.
- Regular involvement in team meetings and projects to contribute and share best practices.
Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional Client Success that delights hoteliers worldwide.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer success roles.
- A native level of Spanish language proficiency and strong English communication skills.
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and eagerness to learn about software.
- High IT Skills, including web browsing and multi-window navigation.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
