You will act as a trusted advisor, providing superb communication and presenting solutions to meet their business needs. You will build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
As a Senior Customer Growth Specialist, your impact will be significant:
- You will serve as the Marketing Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the technical and operational configuration of the customer's implementation.
- You will be responsible for orchestrating all Signature deliverables, experience, and renewal, and expansion.
- You will cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships with the customer's IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers.
Your expertise will help customers achieve their business goals and outcomes on the Salesforce Marketing platform by:
- Coordinating the completion of the Signature Success catalog of services as required for your customer.
- Providing timely, proactive Salesforce feature guidance based on the areas of interest for your customer.
- Acting as an advisor to your customers for the adoption of new features of Salesforce's annual release schedules and identifying potential challenges and risks to your customer's implementation.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
