Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at Oracle. As a Technology Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling technology software products and related services in a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage existing accounts, including the entire sales process from business development to contract negotiations and post-sales support.
  • Leverage the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share.
  • Build and expand business partner revenue and self-sufficiency.

Requirements:

  • 12 years of applicable experience, including 9 years of sales experience.
  • Successful sales track record, with ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders.
  • Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills.
  • Ability to travel, with 40% of time spent on the road.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Leadership experience, with ability to act as a leader of large-scale company initiatives.
