Overview

As a part-time Sales Development Representative at Roverpass, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach within the EdTech space. You will manage a blend of inbound and outbound leads, aiming to grow our user base and promote our courses to new markets. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and the ability to communicate the value of Roverpass's offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound inquiries from prospective students, parents, and organizations.
  2. Conduct outreach to schools, educational programs, and potential B2B clients to introduce them to Roverpass's offerings.
  3. Identify and qualify leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  4. Effectively convey the benefits of Roverpass's curriculum to prospective clients.
  5. Schedule calls and meetings to demonstrate our platform and offerings.
  6. Track and manage leads in our CRM (HubSpot preferred).
  7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and identify new target markets.
  8. Report regularly on outreach progress and success metrics.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in sales, business development, or as an SDR, ideally in the EdTech sector.
  2. Familiarity with the educational technology landscape or K-12 schools is a plus.
  3. Excellent communication skills in English with a professional demeanor.
  4. Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  5. Strong self-motivation and target-driven approach to meeting and exceeding goals.
  6. Proficient in CRM software, especially HubSpot.
