Cero Deuda, LLC is a successful Debt Resolution company looking for a driven Inside Sales/Call Center Sales Manager to join our team. We are a leading Spanish language nationwide direct response marketer in our industry, utilizing various marketing mediums with a focus on nationwide radio, network television, and internet marketing.

Our sales representatives don't perform cold calling, as prospective clients are reaching out to us. We offer relief from unaffordable credit cards and bills, catering to a greatly underserved market. With a growing demand for these services, we're expanding and seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and goal-oriented Sales Call Center Manager to lead an assigned team of sales representatives.

This role involves driving sales by helping the team position our unique value proposition to potential and existing customers. As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your team, growing revenue, and managing a winning team of phone-based sales representatives. You'll thrive in a performance-based environment with unlimited financial upside.

Our top sales executives earn significant incomes, and our sales reps are responsible for handling inbound phone calls and cross-selling clients on additional services as needed. We support our sales force with dynamic marketing campaigns, state-of-the-art technology, and the necessary resources for their success.

As a Sales Manager with Cero Deuda, you'll:

  • Drive enrollment and collected revenue while creating a great customer experience.
  • Be responsible for training, mentoring, coaching, and overall team performance.
  • Manage, motivate, and train a team of 20-30 Inside sales professionals and growing.
  • Establish measurable goals and KPIs for success and provide guidance to ensure they are met.
  • Develop and implement process and operational improvements and creative strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a positive, professional work environment consistent with the company's vision, mission, and culture.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably with 3+ years of leading, managing, training, coaching, and leading sales teams in a call center environment.
  • Experience in a financially oriented services sales environment, such as Tax Resolution, Debt mitigation, Bankruptcy, Insurance, mortgage origination, etc.
  • Drive and motivation to be successful and reach new financial heights with demonstrated success in managing and motivating inside sales teams to exceed expectations.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills are a must.
  • Exemplary organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and follow through to completion.
  • Demonstrated performance in high-volume sales environments.
  • History of building sales teams and meeting and exceeding sales performance targets.
  • Competitive in nature, and a desire to outperform peers.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism always.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Well-versed in sales technology (CRM, E-Sign, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Strong fundamental understanding of sales processes.
  • Strong Analytical Skills.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
