Senior Business Development Specialist

At Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V., we are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Specialist to support the growth of our existing sellers in Latin America.
This role will focus on managing a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets, providing data-driven insights and advice on adopting programs that will help them optimize their success on Amazon.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles, with strong relationship management and negotiation skills. They will also be proficient in analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
In this role, you will:
- Identify high-potential merchants and help them adopt programs that will improve their performance on Amazon
- Prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets
- Provide data-driven insights and advice on adopting programs that will help merchants optimize their success on Amazon
- Analyze sales performance data and propose specific actions to support merchant growth
- Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance
- Track business development results, analyze, interpret reports, and information for your portfolio
