About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Novartis. As a key member of our Patient Support organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of business requirements and functional specifications for patient support programs.
  • Support the validation and testing of IT systems and ensure adherence to security and compliance policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Develop business knowledge of patient support programs and provide insights to improve patient experience and center efficiencies.
  • Work with third-party vendors to implement patient support projects and serve as the Novartis IT point of contact.
  • Provide consulting services to the US Patient Support team during project implementation and ongoing services.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing with vendors and business teams to ensure systems meet Novartis ecosystem requirements.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in healthcare systems, relationship management, and leveraging digital technology.
  • Multi-national global experience, interactions with senior management, and influencing without authority.
  • Requirements definition and management, analytical thinking, and financial modeling.
  • Proactive thinking, effective communication, and knowledge of project management models and techniques.
  • Developing and delivering presentations, and fluency in English.
