We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Luxury Client Advisor to join our dynamic team at Bottega Veneta Servicios S de RL de CV in Palacio de Hierro Perisur.
Job SummaryThis is a fabulous opportunity to contribute to the development of our business as part of a global Luxury Group. As a Luxury Client Advisor, you will play a key role in meeting and exceeding sales goals, building strong relationships with clients, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Responsibilities- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach, developing new clients via appointments and consignments, and informing clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Effectively utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize each transaction, improve KPIs, and close sales.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with all clients, updating and maintaining client profile records.
- Maintain an open, learning attitude by continuously seeking and receiving feedback from colleagues and management.
- Sustain a high level of product knowledge on all collections by utilizing training resources provided by the Company.
- Assist management with basic store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and light cleaning duties, and maintain visual standards, including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting, and general maintenance.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field; preferably in a luxury environment.
- Able to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Builds and maintains a loyal client following.
- Has a genuine interest in fashion and follows industry trends/news.
- Exhibits a strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and is team-oriented.
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintains a polished and well-groomed appearance at all times.
As a Luxury Client Advisor with Bottega Veneta Servicios S de RL de CV, you can expect a competitive salary of $40,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
