Bid Strategy Director

We are seeking an experienced Bid Strategy Director to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving our success by developing and executing innovative bid strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial operations and experience managing tender and proposal processes. You will lead a high-performing team, mentor and guide team members, and ensure quality and compliance with all requirements and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy end-to-end contracts process, including tenders, commercial contracts, and pricing arrangements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and produce insightful reports to understand won and lost tenders, utilizing advanced analytical tools.
- Lead Bid Managers in preparation of strategic advice and briefing papers in advance of a tender release.
- Ensure contract sign-in for public institutions and create documents for internal publication.
- Provide guidance and direction in execution of Delivery & Compliance phase, including Contract Analysis and Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years business experience, preferably in a public healthcare system role with stakeholder management exposure in Mexico.
- Knowledge of Medical Devices or Pharma industry.
- People management experience and intellectual curiosity.
- Advanced English skills.
