We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Business Development team at Porch Group. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing an efficient research-driven process to fuel PGM's outbound prospecting motion. This includes qualifying new prospects for the BDR team to pursue by helping with research, data entry, communication programming, and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Subscribe to industry publications and newsletters to identify potential prospects
  • Research relevant upcoming events and conferences to target attendees (companies)
  • Utilize MS Dynamics and collaborate with the platform administrator to prepare targeted lists
  • Prepare lists of accounts and prospects
  • Verify prospects against account lists for existing relationships
  • Pull and organize account lists in Excel spreadsheets
  • Assist with follow-up content for trending blogs, eBooks, webinars, and other nurturing sequences

What We're Looking For:
  • Proficient user experience of MS Office products
  • Strong reading, writing, and typing skills
  • Familiarity with common prospecting tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, and similar
  • Proficient with AI tools like ChatGPT
  • A quiet workspace, a stable internet connection, and a laptop that meets our minimum requirements
