Product and Pricing Manager

As a Product and Pricing Manager at Goodyear, you will be responsible for managing the company's product portfolio and pricing strategies to achieve sustainable profitable growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing product roadmaps to optimize ROI and drive business growth
Managing pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on agreed targets and drive operational excellence

You will be required to have a solid understanding of strategic product and pricing, as well as excellent management presence and analytical skills. A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or engineering is required, and a master's degree in marketing is desired. You should have at least 3-6 years of experience in multinational corporations, preferably in business turnaround situations and business growth situations.
