About the Role:
Tokeet Inc. is a leading software channel management company dedicated to providing innovative solutions for property managers and owners. Our mission is to enhance efficiency and streamline operations through cutting-edge technology, ensuring top-notch service for our clients. We're seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team and manage key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining consistent communication and providing support as needed for a portfolio of clients.
- Develop strategies to retain and grow our client base by understanding client needs and presenting relevant solutions.
- Work closely with clients to resolve any concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Guide clients on how to best use our software, conducting training sessions and offering ongoing support.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure the client's experience with our software is seamless and that all feedback is communicated to improve our offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Familiarity with property management software or channel management platforms is a plus.
