The Operations Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading strategic initiatives for complex projects, encompassing customer-specific requirements, large product introductions, or transfers. This position is responsible for managing and guiding multi-functional project teams or other project managers. Effective customer relationship management and full accountability for project schedules, management, performance requirements, and budget inputs are key aspects of this role.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Ensure accurate gathering, understanding, and translation of project requirements and objectives for successful execution.
- Build and manage teams to address project goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with customers (internal or external) from requirements gathering through product acceptance.
- Align teams with customer needs by establishing milestones, goals, and objectives based on input from all functional areas and stakeholders.
- Review project schedules with project managers.
- Provide guidance and motivation to project teams to achieve project goals and corporate initiatives.
- Communicate project objectives in terms of overall strategic business objectives.
- Serve as the interface with customers, vendors, stakeholders, and sponsors.
- Manage project plans focusing on achievement of project goals and corporate initiatives.
- Recognize and manage project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
- Obtain and summarize current project information and milestone status versus project performance baseline.
- Drive project/program tasks to completion in accordance with the project schedule.
- Coordinate the efforts of the team to develop an integrated project plan and risk analysis with action plans to mitigate risks.
- Manage resource capacity and collaborate in forecasting project budget and HR needs for current and future site requirements.
- Accountable for overall project success, including cost, schedule, quality, and scope management.

**Management and Supervisory Responsibilities**

- Typically reports to Management. Direct supervisor job titles include Ops Regional PMO Mgr or Ops PMO Mgr.
- Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees, such as hiring, termination, and/or pay decisions, performance management.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

Knowledge of Jabil operating policies and procedures is required. Expert knowledge of Jabil's culture and guiding principles is essential. The ability to navigate diverse landscapes with respect to country cultures, company divisions, and internal hierarchies is a must.
