Customer Experience Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and impactful demonstrations of our products and solutions to our customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand customer needs, pain points, and goals, and align our solutions to meet their expectations.
- Design and develop creative and compelling demos that highlight the features and benefits of our products and solutions, and how they can solve customer challenges and deliver positive outcomes.
- Build end-to-end experiences that simulate real-world scenarios and use cases, and show how our products and solutions can enhance the employee and end-user experience.
- Deliver demos to customers and prospects, either in person or remotely, and adapt to their feedback and questions.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to create and present demos, such as PowerPoint, video, web, mobile, and interactive media.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the demos, and seek feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the industry, and incorporate them into the demos.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong technical and design skills, with the ability to use various tools and platforms to create and present demos.
- Product marketing experience is desirable.
- Expert-level IT business analyst skills, with the ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into simple and clear business terms.
- Expert-level graphics design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging demos.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey the value proposition and benefits of our products and solutions to different audiences and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about our products and solutions, and eager to learn and grow.
- Advocate for world-class user experiences.
- 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in IT projects, process improvement, design, or technical marketing.
