  • Identify and oversee program risks and issues and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Manage program evaluation and evolution by tracking and analyzing KPIs.
  • Produce and maintain project plans and scope requirement documentation.
  • Support reporting activities that promote cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee change management activities and communications.
  • Lead the development of compelling presentations and deliverables.
  • Own coordination for managing the program and serve as a key point of contact.
  • Offer expert insights and guidance on cloud product roadmaps.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Strong Program Management experience from SaaS GTM, Data Analytics, Cloud Product domains.
  • Bachelor's degree / master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is good to have.
  • Understanding of the ISV ecosystem and technology landscape is good to have.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
