Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team in the north of Mexico, developing and implementing sales strategies to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in managing teams and developing relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and deepen relationships with key customers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights for improvement
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales and business development experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the medical device industry
  • Proven sales management experience
  • Ability to present and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
