About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team at Element Fleet Management. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our current customers, as well as generating new business opportunities through prospecting and identifying needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our clients' organizations.
  • Identify and articulate best practices within the industry to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and customer onboarding.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant business experience, preferably in the vehicle management or financial/asset-based industries.
  • Post-secondary education preferred, with a BA/BS or MBA.
  • Proficient in English language, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, dependent on client portfolio and location.
  • Strong customer focus, with a proven track record of delivering superior levels of customer satisfaction.
