We are looking for an experienced Apple Platform Technical Specialist to join our IT team at Corning.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the use of Apple devices within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance user satisfaction, productivity, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Jamf Pro MDM solution to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Design and implement custom configurations, policies, and profiles for Mac devices using Jamf Pro.
- Develop and deploy automation scripts to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Provide technical support and act as an escalation point for issues related to Apple devices and Jamf Pro.
- Manage and support iPads and iOS devices, ensuring they are configured and maintained according to organizational standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Expertise in Jamf Pro administration (Jamf 300 or higher preferred).
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, AppleScript, and PowerShell.
- Familiarity with other MDM solutions and virtual technologies.
