Customer Service Supervisor

As a Customer Service Supervisor at Intugo Call Center, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise employees who interact with potential customers via telephone or other forms of communication. You will provide training as needed and monitor employee interactions to ensure that performance standards and volume targets are met.
You will be responsible for daily activities related to contact center policies and procedures, including meeting operational standards, maintaining employee service levels, improving quality service, preparing reports, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining professional and technical knowledge.
This role also involves contributing to the development of team processes and procedures, collaborating with team members to determine best practices, and providing feedback to management on employee performance.
Responsibilities:- Supervise employees who interact with potential customers via telephone or other forms of communication
- Provide training as needed and monitor employee interactions to ensure that performance standards and volume targets are met
- Responsible for daily activities related to contact center policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development of team processes and procedures
- 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in a telephonic or personal customer contact position preferred
- Knowledge and experience with call center metrics and reporting
- Customer service orientation; energetic and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate professionally, effectively, and with empathy in potentially difficult circumstances
- Multitasking skills and detail-oriented focus required for a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual - English/Spanish
