About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at IBM Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of customer support representatives.

Your primary goal will be to ensure all customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively. This will involve cultivating a positive and productive team environment, maintaining high quality customer service standards through coaching and performance evaluations, and analyzing call metrics to identify areas of improvement.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to streamline processes and enhance customer experience. Additionally, you will manage work schedules and evening and weekend operations, and participate in new system implementations.
