About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Consultant to join our Commercial Jets Division in Dubai. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for organizing and arranging group charters, identifying new business opportunities, and developing relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Proactively target a list of potential clients through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits
  • Follow up quickly and efficiently on any enquiries – converting any potential clients into ACS clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Manage charter bookings from initial enquiry to completion
Training and Development

We want to ensure you become the best salesperson possible and therefore have created a detailed 14-month training programme for all of our employees to follow before they go live and start actively selling.

  • Month 1-6: Intensive training on process, procedure, and knowledge of how to put together flight briefs & flight set-ups while working closely with clients and airlines during the flight process.
  • Month 7-13: Training as a Trainee Broker, assigned an experienced mentor, and working closely with them while starting the selling process.
  • Month 14: Go live – actively start running your own desk, earning commission, and working towards your sales KPIs.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Willing to learn and adaptable
  • Interest in aviation and sales
  • High attention to detail
  • Confident and resilient
  • Desire to immerse self into role and commit to the demands of the role
  • Hardworking and flexible
  • Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles and on customer experience/customer relationships with HNWI
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Valid passport with the ability to gain visas to travel within Middle East and Europe
