Service Sales Consultant

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our team as a Service Sales Consultant, where you'll be responsible for developing a customer prospect pipeline and achieving sales growth through winning new maintenance contracts and incremental repair projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of elevator units and maintain good working relationships with existing customers
  • Develop new customers through cold calling, networking, bids, and tenders
  • Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets
  • Use Otis' sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
  • Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues

Requirements:

  • A business or technical degree or equivalent experience, with 3 years of prior work experience
  • Initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation
  • Strong customer and service orientation, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of commitment and reliability, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding corporate organization
