About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Tesla. As a seasoned retail veteran and charismatic leader, you will be responsible for collaborating with your Store leader to lead the recruitment, training, and development of a dynamic store team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Store leader to lead the recruitment, training, and development of a dynamic store team.
  • Support your team through training, coaching, motivating, and analyzing sales performance.
  • Identify events in the local market to maximize Tesla's brand exposure and create more Tesla owners.
  • Measure and reward team performance and maintain store operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years applicable experience with a proven track record to meet or exceed goals.
  • Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional management skills and great attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ethical approach to sales and sales operations.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner.
