About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Tesla. As a seasoned retail veteran and charismatic leader, you will be responsible for collaborating with your Store leader to lead the recruitment, training, and development of a dynamic store team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Store leader to lead the recruitment, training, and development of a dynamic store team.
- Support your team through training, coaching, motivating, and analyzing sales performance.
- Identify events in the local market to maximize Tesla's brand exposure and create more Tesla owners.
- Measure and reward team performance and maintain store operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years applicable experience with a proven track record to meet or exceed goals.
- Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional management skills and great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ethical approach to sales and sales operations.
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner.
