Role Overview
As a key member of the Oracle team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering long-lasting relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management of customer contracts, ensuring timely delivery and effective support within agreed budgetary constraints.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior management across lines of business and third-party partners, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deploy support activities, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
- Provide expert guidance to customers on leveraging Oracle support services and products, tools, systems, interfaces, and procedures, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure the quality of service is consistently high, maintaining accurate account information and communicating opportunities for customers to engage with Oracle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Experience Management within Enterprise Software, with a strong track record of success.
- Proven cloud technical knowledge and experience in Service Delivery environments.
- Executive sponsorship and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, demonstrating a customer-focused approach and a proven ability to cultivate lasting customer relationships.
- Previous experience with Oracle Solutions is highly preferred.
