Johnson & Johnson is actively seeking a Strategic Customer Group Director to lead the company’s business development efforts in Mexico. This role is a critical part of our commercial strategy, and we are looking for a seasoned executive to drive growth and innovation in the region.

The Strategic Customer Group Director will be responsible for leading the development of strategic account management, indirect channel, and public market business development initiatives. This includes managing a complex portfolio of products, business models, and solutions, as well as designing and implementing channel strategies that drive growth and revenue.

In addition to leading business development, the Strategic Customer Group Director will be responsible for managing a team of 20+ employees, including 5 direct reports. This team will be responsible for driving sales and account management efforts, as well as developing and executing business plans that align with the company’s overall strategy.

The ideal candidate for this role will have +15 years of professional experience, including +10 years in people manager roles and +5 years in senior management/leadership roles. They will have a broad knowledge of the healthcare industry, as well as expertise in sales, marketing, access/health economics, talent management, and finance. The candidate will also have a proven track record of delivering business results in a matrix structure, as well as the ability to promote an organizational culture that challenges the status quo and leads to change.
