Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Roquette. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing and processing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record customer settlements, perform account reconciliations, and track advance payments.
- Analyze and document settlement anomalies, and prepare relaunch elements with the Credit Management department.
- Edit and analyze customers' aged balances, and notify the Credit Management department.
- Participate in cut-off sales operations during closing periods, document, and record cash movements in the SAP system.
- Analyze current balances, aged accounts, and report to supervisor and credit management.
- Support credit management as needed concerning credit limit and conditions established.
- Monitor cash receipt in the collection bank accounts.
- Support short-term and medium-term cash flow forecast as needed.
- Archive documents related to collection in an orderly and chronological manner.
- Reconcile accounts receivable vs. accounting balance for month-end and year-end closing.
- Attend to internal and external auditors as needed.
- Work closely with the accounting team to reconcile cash movements and balances.
Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting or Business-related major.
- 5 years of experience in a similar job.
- Very good knowledge of transactional accounting and related processes, ideally in a demanding industrial environment.
- Organization, rigor, autonomy, teamwork, integrity, curiosity, and appetite for new digital tools.
- Mastery of accounting computer tools (SAP FI, Office...) and other receivable digital tools.
- Experience in a Shared Services Center environment.
Language Skills:
Fluent English.
