Position Overview:

This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence within the Human Resources domain. The Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for influencing and enhancing the performance of the HR function through effective coaching and management of processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve daily operational objectives that significantly impact overall results.
  • Provide mentorship and oversight to junior HR professionals.
  • Manage small-scale projects or processes within the HR function.
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Offer guidance to junior staff on various tasks and assignments.
  • Address general problems that may require a comprehensive understanding of multiple issues.
  • Utilize prior experience and analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Implement moderate enhancements to processes, systems, or products to improve operational performance.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
  • Influence policy and procedural decisions within the organization.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • An advanced level of knowledge acquired through a University degree, complemented by relevant experience.
  • Practical to substantial familiarity with the Carrier organization, its programs, or systems, enabling effective enhancements in daily operations.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
