We are currently searching for a highly skilled Bilingual Support Specialist to join our team in Monterrey or Saltillo. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a Service Desk or technical support role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Advanced proficiency in both English and German (oral and written), as well as native-level Spanish skills.
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and award-winning team, with access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
