About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Service Coordinator to join our team at Assurant, Inc. in Mexico City. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and service quality of our nationwide network of Service Centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain coverage rates and quality of network services to meet business objectives;
  • Optimize cost-quality ratios by negotiating with providers and promoting process improvements;
  • Support commercial and internal areas with network information and visit coordination;
  • Mediate conflicts and identify improvement points in network relationships;
  • Develop and implement service network models based on market demand analysis;
  • Analyze new product frameworks for service network availability;
  • Approve reimbursements applied to the service network;
  • Lead the individual development of the Services team to deliver planned results.

Requirements

  • University graduate in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Administration;
  • 5+ years of experience in service network management and supplier/supplier management;
  • Desirable: knowledge of continuous improvement processes and root cause analysis;
  • People management and negotiation skills;
  • Fluent in English.
