- Ensure prompt, thorough handling of all customer inquiries, claims and complaints, chargebacks, repairs and/or returned material.
- Provide satisfactory solutions to customers related to Lead Times (LT) and Delivery Dates (DD).
- Minimum of 6 Years of experience in customer service, schedule production, materials, supply chain.
- Advanced English Level
- Experience on SAP system
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics
