Customer Service Manager

At Schneider Electric Norge As, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute systems or procedures to accurately and expeditiously handle all customer complaints, order entry, expediting, order processing.
  • Manage marketing and demand forecast to determine optimum inventory stocking levels, determine causes that affect service levels.
  • Responsible for determining production scheduling in the manufacturing facilities.
  • Ensure prompt, thorough handling of all customer inquiries, claims and complaints, chargebacks, repairs and/or returned material.
  • Provide satisfactory solutions to customers related to Lead Times (LT) and Delivery Dates (DD).
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 Years of experience in customer service, schedule production, materials, supply chain.
  • Advanced English Level
  • Experience on SAP system
  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics
