Product Support Specialist

We are seeking an entry-level professional to join our team as a Product Support Engineer. This role involves working under close supervision in a team responsible for product design experience. The individual will be responsible for resolving routine problems and working closely with product teams to receive support requests.
Key Responsibilities- Triaging requests and fixing small bugs
- Submitting engineering tickets and working knowledge of support processes
- Collaborating with product teams to resolve issues
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Advanced English language skills
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript frameworks
- Knowledge of CSS and HTML (preferable)
- 2-4 years of experience (preferable)
