Product Support Specialist

**Job Overview**
As a Product Support Engineer at IQVIA, you will work under close supervision in a team responsible for product design experience. Routine problems are encountered in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with product teams to receive support requests
- Triage requests, fix small bugs, and submit engineering tickets
- Possess working knowledge of support processes and working in a production environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced English proficiency required
- Basic knowledge of Javascript frameworks required
- Knowledge of CSS and HTML preferred
- 2-4 years of experience preferred
