Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes, ensuring seamless interactions between Operations and other departments, and driving sales transformation through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales operations, including order processing, pipeline management, and reporting
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth
- Provide exceptional support to wholesalers, final customers, and account managers, ensuring timely and accurate information
- Develop and maintain reports to provide visibility into sales performance and operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales operations, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales support, with a strong background in analytical and proactive problem-solving
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP, with experience in data analysis and reporting
- International commerce experience, including knowledge of intcoterms and NOMs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
