Global Service Delivery Manager

As a Global Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support, and identifying growth opportunities. You will oversee client portfolios, drive satisfaction, and contribute to the company's success.

About the Role:

  • Maintain active, up-to-date Customer Account Plans that include company background, customer growth plans, joint relationship maps, active projects, and contract renewal plans.
  • Conduct monthly Operations Reviews, including Key Performance Indicator / Service Level Agreement Reporting and joint escalation matrices.
  • Arrange and facilitate Business Review Meetings to establish deeper relationships and maintain recurring engagement with key customer contacts.
  • Proactively identify service issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders and the client to implement effective solutions.
  • Achieve targeted Client Satisfaction annual objectives by collaborating with clients to establish annual objectives and providing status.
