Training and Development Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Training Coordinator at Adient. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of critical HR processes, including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for and drive the resolution of employee issues and concerns, including internal investigations, corrective actions, and coaching.
  • Build credible relationships with front, mid, and senior-level leaders through trust, collaboration, and effective communication.
  • Apply sound judgment to identify issues and prescribe HR solutions in ambiguous situations with confidence.
  • Conduct HR transactions, including orientation, leaves of absence, exit meetings, and other related tasks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guidance on HR policies, processes, and self-service tools to employees and managers, escalating when necessary to internal COEs and external resources.
  • Participate and assist with location events and departmental HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Define, develop, and maintain concise documentation for procedures, work processes, and reports.
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare visual HR-related information, such as scorecards and dashboards, as warranted.
  • Perform root-cause analysis using data, identify performance gaps, and suggest process improvements that can streamline and improve customer service.
