**Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach efforts.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss their logistics needs and present our services.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
• Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee the management of client portfolios and past due accounts to ensure timely resolution and minimize losses.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet and exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by the company.

**Requirements:**

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Intermediate English language proficiency is essential.
