Global Project Manager O2C: Lead Implementation of Global Capability

About the Role

The Global Project Manager O2C will play a critical role in leading the implementation of a new global capability for PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. This individual will be responsible for coordinating fit gap designs, transition, and IT projects, and will work closely with Change & Comms to deliver effective and engaging strategies for the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a detailed project plan for the O2C capability, resulting in the successful stand-up of this new global capability for GBS.
  • Ensure delivery of the global business case by designing, staffing, and transitioning sectors and functions to a new structure, unlocking cost and service benefits, improving service, revenue, and PEP+.
  • Lead and coordinate global design for 6 sectors, ensuring design deliverables are achieved and stage gates are cleared.
  • Partner with consultants on design to ensure project deliverables and requirements are achieved according to SOW.
  • Support the definition and implementation of global digital solutions in support of O2C zero-touch efforts.
  • Establish a transition plan and timeline in partnership with the transition offices for the appropriate hubs.
  • Work closely with TA and HR on hiring and interviewing, ensuring effective KC/KT/due diligence is achieved for all roles.
  • Lead weekly governance meetings and period Steering Council presentations, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Resolve issues proactively and raise critical issues.
  • Monitor IT solution development and implementation.
  • Actively engage as part of the Global Change and Comms plans related to the project.
  • Report out to senior leadership as needed, sharing critical KPIs and performance.
  • Establish SLAs/OLAs and ways of working for the new function and teams.
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, obstacles, and potential alternatives to solve and ensure the project stays on track.
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, R&D, GP, SC, and IT to achieve best solutions/outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, business, or operations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain with a specific focus on project management and O2C.
  • English fluency, both written and verbal, required; exceptional communication skills across global businesses (additional languages a plus).
  • Proficient with Process Improvement methodologies and supply chain excellence (Lean Six Sigma Belt/ Agile/ APICS).
