About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Process Technologist to join our team at Reckitt, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in refining our mid/small-scale manufacturing processes. As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing manufacturing processes to achieve optimum efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance manufacturing processes to achieve optimum efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Offer technical expertise and problem-solving acumen to maintain seamless mid/small-scale production operations.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, contributing to cost reduction and enhanced facility performance.
  • Perform rigorous quality checks and data analysis in collaboration with our Quality Assurance teams, upholding our high standards.
  • Foster a learning environment by educating team members on intricate process and equipment details, ensuring a knowledgeable staff.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, modifications, and progress within your scope of work.

The Experience We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in a manufacturing environment, with a knack for honing mid/small-scale production processes. You should have a solid foundation in process optimization, keen on both technology and sustainable practices. Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret data and a commitment to problem-solving are essential. Excellent communication skills, fostering teamwork across all levels of the organization, are also required.
