Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness for our properties in Mexico.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and social media campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the luxury travel industry.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure return on investment for all marketing activities.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and media contacts.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing projects.
- Experience working with brands and consumers in the Mexican market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
