- Monitor and report on Business Continuity and Incident Management metrics to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in Business Continuity and Incident Management, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English (strong verbal and written skills).
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- BCI UK or DRII USA (CBCP) certification is highly desirable.
